A Colombian rebel group has claimed responsibility for kidnapping a Colombian national serving in France's elite Foreign Legion. According to France 24, the Central General Staff — the main splinter faction of Colombia's now-defunct FARC guerrillas — said Sunday that Jose Olger Melo Charry, who was reportedly home on leave, was alive and in "perfect health."
