NASA Science reports that the agency has opened a new research solicitation, Amendment seventy‑one, under the ROSES‑25 program, designated A point sixteen Cryosphere. The call seeks high‑impact projects on sea ice, ice sheets and glaciers, leveraging NASA’s satellite and airborne data to tackle topics such as ice‑ocean‑atmosphere interactions, ice‑sheet stability and seasonal prediction of Arctic sea ice. Interested investigators must submit a notice of intent by October sixteenth, twenty twenty six, and a full proposal by December fourth, twenty twenty six, with a briefing scheduled about six weeks before the deadline.
