The CEO of an Ohio youth residential treatment center is facing charges after a police sting alleged he tried to arrange sex with a minor. The Marshall Project reports that Randall J. Mackendrick, who runs Fox Run Center for Children and Adolescents, was released from Lorain County Jail on Monday after posting a hundred twenty-five thousand dollar bond.
