At least nine monks killed in Thailand after boy drives truck into procession

According to The Guardian, an eleven-year-old boy drove his parents' truck into a Buddhist procession in Mukdahan, Thailand, killing at least nine monks. Video footage captured the monks, in their orange robes, being struck as they walked along the road. Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident and have not yet filed charges.
