Woman suspected in Monaco parcel bombing reportedly seen in Germany

According to The Guardian, authorities in Monaco have identified the main suspect in Monday's parcel bomb attack as a woman who reportedly tried to disguise herself as a man. Three people were wounded in the explosion, which targeted a sanctioned Ukrainian-born oligarch. The suspect has since been spotted in Germany, according to a judicial source.
