Hunt for Ukrainian woman after Monaco bomb attack targeting sanctioned tycoon

Interpol has issued a worldwide alert for a Ukrainian woman suspected of planting a bomb in Monaco. The blast injured three people, including a sanctioned tycoon of Ukrainian origin. According to RFI, authorities are now searching internationally for the suspect.
