Russian missile and drone strikes kill 24 in Kyiv ahead of NATO summit

According to France 24, Russia launched a deadly barrage of missiles and drones on Kyiv on Monday, killing at least twenty-four people and wounding more than one hundred. It was the second major strike on the Ukrainian capital in a week, and it came on the eve of a NATO summit, where President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected to press allies for stronger air defense support.
