According to The Guardian, a British-based couple who had twins through an overseas surrogacy agency say they later discovered they have no biological connection to the children. The couple, referred to in court documents only as PP and QQ, learned through DNA tests, taken while applying for British citizenship for the twins, that the agency had mistakenly used donor sperm. The couple are described as devastated by the discovery.
