One killed, two wounded in Russian strike on Kyiv

According to Meduza, a Russian strike on Kyiv in the early hours of July 8th killed one person and wounded two others. Tymur Tkachenko, head of the city's military administration, reported the casualties, while Ukraine's State Emergency Service put the number of injured at two. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said the attack involved ballistic missiles.
