Ghana-South Africa presidential meet halted over migrant tensions

According to France 24, Ghana has postponed a planned meeting between President John Mahama and his South African counterpart, Cyril Ramaphosa, citing a wave of anti-immigrant violence in South Africa. Accra and Pretoria have been at diplomatic odds over the protests, some of them violent, targeting foreigners in the country Ramaphosa leads. France 24 reports the two governments remain in a standoff over the unrest.
