According to The Guardian, telecommunications giant Telstra is still grappling with the fallout from a national network outage in Australia. On Thursday morning, some customers were reporting they still couldn't reach the emergency hotline, triple zero, after Wednesday's mobile network failure. Telstra says a secondary issue is to blame: callers get an error message before their phones try to route through an alternative network. Regional train delays tied to the disruption were beginning to ease.
