Telstra outage: triple-zero calls still affected by network glitches as regional train services slowly resume

A day after Telstra's national mobile network collapsed, some Australians still can't reliably reach emergency services. According to The Guardian, the carrier confirmed a secondary fault lingering from Wednesday's outage is leaving some triple-zero callers with an error message before their phones fall back to an alternative network. Regional V/Line train services, also disrupted by the outage, are slowly resuming.
