Adafruit Blog reports that the Arduino UNO R4 now has a new snap-fit 3D-printable case. Designed by i.BoxIt, the case features reset button access, transparent light-tube channels for LEDs, and an integrated opener. It's available for download on MakerWorld, with an optional wall-mount variant.
