Improving Smart Tiered Cache for Public Cloud Regions

Cloudflare is improving its Smart Tiered Cache feature. According to Cloudflare, the update allows more precise upper tier selection for origins hosted on AWS, GCP, Azure, and Oracle Cloud by using customer-provided region hints.
