TechCrunch reports that the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, or CISA, revealed it had to build its incident response playbook in real time during an active security incident. The incident involved exposed passwords discovered in a public GitHub repository that a CISA contractor employee had uploaded.
