Missing woman’s former partner charged with murder after remains found in Queensland bushland

A former partner of a missing Toowoomba woman has been charged with murder after human remains were found in Queensland bushland, The Guardian reports. The body was discovered by a group of hunters and, as of Sunday, had not been formally identified, though police investigators believe it is that of Jana Armstrong, a mother of a four-month-old baby who was reported missing on Tuesday.
