A Brisbane inquest into the Sea World helicopter crash has heard the disaster might have been avoided if the pilot had looked to his right, ABC News reports. The chief executive of Sea World Helicopters testified that he believed pilot Ashley Jenkinson was, in his words, totally distracted by the front-row passengers on the joy flight.
