Human rights organisation files legal petition for Cuban artist Luis Manuel Otero Alcántara

Euronews reports that a human rights organisation has filed a legal petition on behalf of Cuban artist Luis Manuel Otero Alcántara. He was arrested in July twenty twenty-one as he tried to join mass protests against blackouts in Cuba, and was sentenced to five years in prison. Though he was due to be released last week, his whereabouts remain unknown.
