'Food insecurity is on the increase', World Food Programme Director says

The World Food Programme is reporting that global food insecurity is on the rise, with conflict in Lebanon disrupting humanitarian operations worldwide. WFP Executive Director Carl Skau says that in the poorest countries, people are now eating less as rising costs have reduced aid deliveries and disrupted supply chains.
