ASML rises 5% after hiking sales forecast for second time this year on strong AI chip demand

ASML raised its sales forecast for the second time this year as customers continue ramping up their production capacity for AI chips, CNBC reports. The Dutch equipment maker supplies the machinery that semiconductor manufacturers use to produce chips. The stock rose five percent on the news.
