Chip giant TSMC pledges another $100bn to expand US production

Chip manufacturer TSMC is pledging another one hundred billion dollars to expand U.S. production. BBC World reports this brings the company's total U.S. commitment to two hundred sixty-five billion dollars, with plans to create high-tech, high-paying jobs.
