Middle East live: Kuwait says Iran hit second water and electricity plant

Kuwait says it has been struck by a second Iranian attack in as many days, this one hitting a water and electricity plant. According to France 24, the strike came a day after a similar attack damaged another plant. Tehran launched the assaults on Saturday against US military sites hosted by several of its Gulf neighbours, in response to a seventh consecutive night of American strikes on Iran.
