More health workers strike as Ebola cases in Congo near 3,000, including over 1,300 deaths

Health workers at an Ebola treatment center in eastern Congo have walked off the job over unpaid wages, disrupting care at the very heart of the country's outbreak. RFI English reports the strike began Saturday, even as cases climb toward three thousand, including more than thirteen hundred deaths. The stoppage hits the epicenter of an epidemic the outlet describes as rapidly growing.
