More than 40,000 migrants crossed into Ceuta over past 24 hours, Spain says

Euronews reports that Spain's Interior Ministry says more than forty thousand migrants crossed into Ceuta in the past twenty-four hours, arriving from Morocco by sea and land. Ceuta is Spain's autonomous enclave in North Africa.
