Red Bull paid for the studies saying vodka Red Bulls are fine

Boing Boing reports on research showing a marked divergence in how safe it is to mix alcohol and energy drinks. Ninety-five percent of studies funded by Red Bull or conducted by researchers with financial ties to the company found no added risk. But roughly eighty percent of independent studies reached the opposite conclusion.
