Lebanese journalist deliberately targeted by Israeli attack, probe reveals

A joint investigation by Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, and The Legal Agenda has concluded that forty-two-year-old Lebanese journalist Amal Khalil was deliberately targeted in an April Israeli airstrike. Her camerawoman was also struck and wounded in the attack. According to the UN human rights office, deliberate attacks on civilians constitute a war crime.
