Ukraine denies targeting Bulgaria as drone explodes near pipeline, Kyiv promises inquiry

An unidentified drone of a type used by Ukrainian forces exploded near Bulgaria's border, as Euronews reports, after entering the country's airspace from Romania. The blast occurred roughly one thousand meters from the Trans-Balkan pipeline, a major energy corridor for Europe. Ukraine denies intentionally targeting Bulgaria and has promised to conduct an inquiry into the incident.
