Russia and Ukraine exchange deadly overnight strikes

France 24 reports Ukrainian drone attacks on Russia's Belgorod border region killed five people and wounded roughly two dozen others, while Russian missiles hit a high-rise apartment building in Kharkiv, killing two, with more injured in the Black Sea port of Odesa.
