Hormuz traffic declines as Iran says Oman deal in 'final stages'

Ship-tracking firm Marine Traffic reports that vessel traffic through the Strait of Hormuz declined sharply over the weekend, with crossings dropping from fifteen on Friday to just six on Sunday. By contrast, the Strait of Bab al-Mandab saw roughly forty crossings. Per Middle East Eye, Iran says an Oman deal is in final stages.
