Ukrainian drone attack on oil hub deep inside Russia kills 13, official says

A Ukrainian drone strike hit an oil hub deep inside Russia's Tatarstan region, killing thirteen people and wounding seventy-eight others, according to PBS NewsHour. Officials called it one of the deadliest attacks of the four-year-old war. The strike targeted the petroleum facility at Nizhnekamsk, far from the front lines.
