Erin Patterson appeal live: prosecutors to seek life in prison without parole for triple murderer

An appeal hearing is underway in Victoria's court of appeal for Erin Patterson, convicted of triple murder and attempted murder in the mushroom lunch case. The Guardian reports prosecutors are seeking life in prison without parole, while the appeal will also consider whether her convictions should be quashed. Ian Wilkinson, the sole surviving lunch guest, returned to court for day two of the hearing, accompanied by his daughter, Ruth Dubois.
