Reporters and military duo held at gunpoint by security at US space force base

According to The Guardian, five news reporters and two members of the military were briefly held at gunpoint at Vandenberg Space Force base in California. The Guardian reports the detention occurred Monday, ahead of an invitation‑only groundbreaking for a new missile‑operator training facility. Per The Guardian, security officers detained the group after believing they were attempting an unauthorized entry.
