Emacs 31.1 will release on 8/24

Lobsters reports that Emacs 31.1 is slated for release on August twenty-four, published on Thursday. The update bumps tree‑sitter’s ABI to version fifteen, promising better compatibility with several upstream grammars. That should improve compatibility for developers using those language definitions.
