A woman named Margarita Reutt is accused of assassinating Robert Shageev, a deputy commander of a Russian Black Sea fleet submarine brigade. As The Guardian reports, a bomb containing roughly five hundred grams of T N T detonated inside a rubbish bin in Sevastopol on August thirteenth, killing Shageev instantly. While some friends of Reutt express shock at the allegations, others describe her as having a stubborn grit to see plans through.
