Authorities have identified the two police officers who died in a collision near Middlesbrough on Saturday. Per The Guardian (World), Police Constables Matthew Blades and Tom Clough were among seven people killed when their marked police car collided with a Volkswagen Passat traveling the wrong way along the A66 in North Yorkshire. A watchdog has launched an inquiry into the crash.
