Amendment 69: New Opportunity: D.9 Habitable Worlds Observatory Instrument Concept Assessments

NASA is seeking proposals to help refine the instrument concepts for the Habitable Worlds Observatory. As NASA Science tells it, the goal is to analyze the engineering feasibility and scientific potential of various instrument designs to mature the overall mission concept. Proposals are due by October fourteenth, twenty twenty-six.
