Emulating the iPod

A new project called clicky is attempting to emulate the classic Apple iPod, including its iconic click wheel. As Hackaday tells it, the developer started the effort as a technical challenge, relying on alternative firmware projects to navigate the device's closed-source nature. While the emulator can boot into RetailOS, Rockbox, and iPodLinux, it currently lacks audio support and USB communication, though users can still play Brick Breaker.
