King Harald, Norway's reform-minded head of state, dies at 89

Norway's King Harald has died at the age of eighty-nine, the royal palace announced on Friday. According to Dawn, he passed away peacefully at Oslo University Hospital on Friday, August the twenty-eighth, at six thirty-five in the morning. Harald reigned for more than three decades, stepping out from the shadow of his widely admired father to become a reform-minded head of state.
