BotBase for Operators: A clearer path to joining Cloudflare's directory of bots and agents

Cloudflare is rolling out a new tool called BotBase for Operators, giving bot operators a clearer way to manage their entries in Cloudflare's directory of known bots. The update moves the submission form into a new dashboard section, adds a submission history with statuses like waiting for review, accepted, or rejected, and lets operators edit existing entries instead of resubmitting from scratch. Cloudflare also rebuilt the review process to run automated checks on things like IP lists and verification methods, which the company says is necessary as bot submissions have grown about sevenfold since twenty twenty-three. The goal, per Cloudflare, is to make the whole process less of a black box for operators.
