Ten-channel photonic interface links neutral-atom qubits in parallel
science
Researchers in Japan have developed a photonic interface capable of linking ten neutral-atom qubits in parallel, setting a new world record for multiplexed quantum interfaces. As reported by Phys.org, the system uses an integrated waveguide array to interconnect multiple quantum computers. The findings were published in the journal Optica.
