Russian forces struck Ukraine's Izmail port on the Danube overnight, sparking a fire and damaging port infrastructure, regional authorities said Thursday. France 24 reports that Moscow, meanwhile, said it downed three hundred sixty-two Ukrainian drones overnight, with one attack setting an oil refinery ablaze in Russia's Salavat area.
