Monaco explosion wounds Ukrainian oligarch as authorities probe 'deliberate' attack

An explosion at a residential building in Monaco yesterday injured three people in what authorities are investigating as a deliberate attack. According to France 24, the blast occurred near the French border. Among the wounded is a Ukrainian oligarch. Monaco's Minister of State said the explosion was 'very likely an attack.'
