politics

The Conversation (US) reports that for two decades, Colorado State University students have facilitated more than five hundred community discussions in and around Fort Collins, Colorado, on issues like whether to allow marijuana dispensaries. The program, run through the university's Center for Public Deliberation, is now part of a federal grant to expand the model to forty campuses nationwide.
