At least 13 killed in Russian drone and missile attacks on Kyiv

Russian forces launched a massive drone and missile attack on Kyiv overnight Thursday, killing at least thirteen people and injuring eighty-six others, according to The Guardian. Multiple sites across the capital were hit, damaging residential buildings and a hotel on one of Kyiv's central boulevards. At least seventy of the injured have been hospitalized. The attack comes as Russia faces mounting fuel shortages following Ukrainian strikes on its oil refineries.
