Man tossed into the air by ‘agitated’ bull bison was grandfather visiting Yellowstone with grandson

A grandfather from Washington state is recovering from severe injuries, including broken bones, after being tossed eight feet in the air by a bison while visiting Yellowstone with his grandson, The Guardian reports. The encounter, recorded on video, went viral online with more than a million views. Carl McDaniel was at a respectful distance from the animal when it charged.
